Len Racioppo

Len Racioppo is a founding partner of Coerente Capital Management. Len has over 40 years of industry experience. Previously, he spent 25 years with Jarislowsky Fraser Limited where for the last 15 years, before his departure, he served as President, Director, Chairman of the Investment Strategy Committee and member of the Executive Committee. Prior to that, he was Canadian equity manager for the CNR Pension Fund.

At Coerente Capital Management, Len is responsible for equity analysis and portfolio management of the firm’s private wealth and Foundation clients.

He holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation. He earned his undergraduate degree and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Toronto. Len also holds an honorary doctorate degree from Assumption University.

Current community involvement includes Chair of Factory Theatre, Sunnybrook Health Sciences Investment Committee, and the Racioppo Family Foundation.

Marc Trottier

Marc Trottier is a founding partner of Coerente Capital Management, and is both a Portfolio Manager and Chief Compliance Officer. He has over 35 years of industry experience. Previously, he spent 26 years with Jarislowsky Fraser Limited where he was Vice President, Director and member of the Executive Committee. Prior to that he worked with SEI Financial Services.

At Coerente Capital Management, Marc is responsible for client service and portfolio management of the firm’s private wealth and Foundation clients.

He holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation and earned his honours Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University.

Current community involvement includes: Past Chair of St. Mary’s Hospital Center Board, the Investment Committee of McGill University Endowment, as well as the Board of Directors of The Portfolio Managers Association of Canada (PMAC).

Yolande Gooderham

Yolande Gooderham has over 13 years of industry experience. Previously, she spent over 4 years with Jarislowsky Fraser Limited where she was an Assistant Manager.

At Coerente Capital Management, Yolande is a Portfolio Manager. She is also involved in client service as well as equity research and trading. She holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation and earned her Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University.

Jean-François Goyette

Jean-François Goyette has over 9 years of industry experience. Prior to his role at Coerente, he started his career at National Bank of Canada’s Alternative Investments department, followed by work for Constance Financial, a derivatives hedge fund . He then worked as a Portfolio Manager for Tactex Asset Management, and was responsible for day-to-day investment activities at Moka, their fintech platform.

At Coerente Capital Management, Jean-Francois is a Portfolio Manager. He is also involved in client service as well as Fixed Income research and trading.

He holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation and earned his Bachelor degree in Business Administration from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) at the University of Montreal.

Michael Duns

Michael Duns joined the firm as an equity analyst in July 2014. He has over 7 years of industry experience. Previously Michael worked at Dundee Capital Markets in equity research and investment banking and with BMO Capital Markets as an equity research assistant.

He holds the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) designation and earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the Rotman School – University of Toronto.

Olivia Whitford

Olivia Whitford joined the firm as an equity analyst in February 2022. She has over five years of industry experience. Previously she worked at Beutel Goodman as a member of the institutional client service and marketing teams, and most recently as a junior analyst on the firm’s investment team rotation program. Olivia is a graduate of Dartmouth College and is a CFA charterholder.
